Real safety programs. Without the full‑time overhead.
Boyles Safety helps small construction and trade contractors build OSHA-ready safety programs, train their crews, and stay compliant on site — without the cost of hiring a full-time safety manager.
1:1Direct access to your consultant — no call center, no account rep
100%Custom-built programs, matched to your trade and jobsites
On‑callFlexible support that scales up and down with your workload
Why Boyles Safety
You don't need a safety department. You need a safety partner.
Most small contractors know they need better safety practices — they just can't justify a six-figure, full-time hire to get there. That's the gap Boyles Safety fills.

Solutions & Consulting
Pay only for the training, programs, or hours you need
OSHA-ready written programs built in weeks, not months
Training and site visits scheduled around your jobs
Scales with you — one crew or five
An experienced consultant, not a new hire to manage
Toolbox talks, OSHA 10/30, task-specific certifications, and new-hire orientation — delivered on your schedule, in plain language crews actually retain.
We assess. Then we build exactly what your crew needs.
No two job sites need the same thing. After a walkthrough, we put together only the pieces that actually apply to your business.
01
Start with an assessment
We walk your site and review what safety practices, documentation, and training you already have in place — then map out what's missing.
From there, we build whatever fits — for example:
Written Safety SOPs
Site-specific safety programs and procedures built for how your crew actually works.
Monthly Toolbox Talks
Short, recurring safety talks that keep hazards top of mind without eating up your crew's day.
Incident Reporting
A clear system for logging, investigating, and following up on incidents and near-misses.
Crew Training
Competent Person, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 & 30-hour construction, and other role-specific certifications.
OSHA Audit Prep
Mock inspections and documentation review so you're ready if OSHA shows up on site.
Ongoing Support
On-call guidance and refreshers as your crew, jobsites, and needs change.
About Boyles Safety
Meet the President of Boyles Safety
I started Boyles Safety because too many great small contractors were choosing between "no safety program" and "safety manager we can't afford." There's a better middle path — and it's what I do for a living.
With hands-on experience in construction, oil and gas, and aviation, I work directly with owners and managers to build practical programs your crew will actually follow, not paperwork that sits in a drawer. No account managers, no hand-offs — you work with me from the first assessment to ongoing support.
